Town of Markham Leash Free Park
Markham’s first and so far only dog park. Lots of free parking available in a parking lot adjacent to the park. The off leash area is fully fenced in. The single entrance to the dog park is double gated,creating it’s own little fenced off air lock like space, providing a safe half way point between the actual park and the parking lot. There are plenty of benches, shelter structures, and even a watering station for the dogs. Large garbage bins are provided for disposal of doggy poop.
The park contains a second fenced off area within the dog park filled with agility equipment free for all to use.
